Refund policy

Product Availability

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is discontinued at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel the quantities offered on our website or limit the sales of our products or services to any person, household, geographic region or jurisdiction. The lead times listed on product pages are estimates only and not guaranteed. Orders may be cancelled if shipping and billing addresses do not match. Items must be shipped to the billing address of the credit card used.

Returns and Exchanges

Stock Order Returns

If you are not satisfied with your stock item purchase, you must contact us within 1 day of delivery or pickup to arrange a return. The item must be returned within 7 days of delivery or pickup. The item must be in resale condition to be applicable for a return, which includes the original packaging for the item. The item will be inspected upon return, and a refund amount will be determined based on its condition. Please notify us at web@insideoutpatio.ca and we will provide you with further instructions on where returns should be shipped. Items may be subject to a restocking fee. Paid return labels are not provided for returns. Shipping return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Custom Order Returns

These items are made to your specifications and cannot be returned or exchanged. Once you place your order, you have 48 hours to change or cancel. The 48-hour time frame begins as soon as you place your order.

Defective or Damaged Shipments

If an item arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage caused during transit, we will repair or replace the defective or damaged area. If that isn’t possible, we will arrange an exchange. We reserve the right to determine the best course of action. Issues must be notified within 2 days of receiving the shipment.
