Shipping policy

Online shipping is curb-side only. Depending on the items purchased, the shipment could be on a skid. Items are either boxed or paper wrapped. Items may require assembly. Shipments occur Monday - Friday at the discretion of the freight company involved. Tracking numbers will be supplied once the items have been shipped.

Delivery services are available. Deliveries are preformed by our in-house staff and occur Monday - Saturday between 10am - 6pm. Delivery includes transporting furniture to the backyard and assembly. Please contact us at 416-782-2700 if you would prefer this service over drop shipping.

Shipping and Delivery charges are subject to change and are determined when you order. Orders you place with us late on Friday or on Saturday/Sunday will not be processed until Monday. Charges may be added to orders with Priority, Overnight and International shipping if we try unsuccessfully to deliver your order more than once.

Items must be shipped to the same billing address listed for the credit card used in the sale. If these guidelines are not met, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

If you have selected to pick up from our Toronto or Woodbridge location. You will be notified when you order is ready to be picked up. Photo identification must be shown at time of pick up to release your order. ID must match the name used for the billing information on the order.
