Alfa BBQ 500

The BBQ 500 converts your Alfa Oven into your very own BBQ. The BBQ 500 is equipped with enough power and control to cook over the embers up to a temperature of 500°C (930°F). Just put it in your oven and use the stainless steel tongs to maneuver the grill and baking pans in the oven. It is fast, easy to clean (simply turn it on) and there is no smoke so your house and your clothes won't smell of smoke. You choose whether you want radiation, convection or conduction to cook what you want crispy or soft.
